Limit your time in the classroom and enjoy smaller groups with our blended learning option. You will receive the same certification from Health and Safety Institute you would in our normal class, but you can do most of the work online first at your convenience.
The class will be held at Life Pro CPR at 822 West Edmond Road, Suite C, Edmond, OK73003 (Behind WEOKIE Credit Union)
After you sign up for a skills session, you will be sent the link to the online part. The online link will be sent from info@hsi.com. It can take up to a business day to receive this link. The online class takes approx. 2.5 hours to complete. The price includes the online part and the in-person part. The 2-year certification meets all Oklahoma and Arkansas childcare requirements and OSHA requirements.
Please Read:
*The cost includes a 2-year certification card that you will receive in your email by the next business day.
*You must attend the entire course to receive your certification.
*If you arrive more than 10 minutes late after the start time, you will need to enroll in another class.
*If the class minimum is not met and the class is canceled, you will be notified at least 2 days before the class.
*No guests or children allowed.
*Classes can end early. Instructors will leave promptly after the class. Please arrange rides accordingly.
*If you are pregnant or have physical limitations, please check with your doctor to make sure you should be practicing many cycles of chest compressions. You must perform all required skills to receive a certification

Refund and Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled class. If you wish to cancel your reservation all together, you must do so up to 24 hours before your class start time.
You can reschedule once without repaying. After your one reschedule, You will need to pay for a new course.
If you do not show up to your scheduled class, there will be no refund given. You would need to sign up and repay to take the course.

Pocket mask with one-way valve
You will not need this mask during the class. It is for you to have after you are trained in case you ever need to perform CPR. You will pick this up when you arrive for class.
Bloodborne Pathogens Certification (online class)
Blood Borne Pathogens Certification Training is an add-on course. Understand bloodborne pathogens and how to reduce risks of exposure for yourself and others. Ideal for those who may encounter blood or other infectious materials. Content in this bloodborne pathogens online course assists in satisfying the information and training requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030). Online course instructions will be emailed the next business day.
